Sng Seow Wah
Chairman
Mr. Sng Seow Wah is the Chairman of MoneyOwl Pte Ltd.
He is also a Board Member of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), where he serves as Chairperson of the Board Audit Review Committee and is a member of the Board Investment Committee. Additionally, he is also a Board Member of the Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre (FIDReC) and sits on FIDReC’s Board Audit & Risk Committee.
With over 35 years of extensive banking experience across Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia, Mr. Sng has held senior leadership roles in major financial institutions. His most recent role was as President Director and CEO of Bank Danamon Indonesia where he also served as Chairman of the Board of Adira Finance, Indonesia’s second-largest finance company and a subsidiary of Bank Danamon.
Prior to his tenure at Bank Danamon, Mr. Sng was Group CEO of Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad. Both Bank Danamon and Alliance Bank are publicly listed entities and were Temasek-controlled. Throughout his leadership roles, he was actively involved in all board and board committee meetings and chaired the Assets & Liabilities Committees, providing strategic and financial oversight for the institutions.
Mr. Sng holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the National University of Singapore and has completed the Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School.
Olivier Lim
Director
Mr. Olivier Lim is a Director of MoneyOwl Pte
Ltd.
He is currently Chairman of StarHub Ltd and the Singapore
Tourism Board. He is the lead independent Director of DBS Group Holdings Ltd and
DBS Bank Ltd, and a Director of Raffles Medical Group Ltd.
Mr. Lim was previously Chairman of the following: NYSE listed PropertyGuru Group Ltd, ASX listed Australand Holdings Limited, Certis CISCO Security Pte Ltd, Frasers Property Australia, globalORE Pte Ltd, Mount Faber Leisure Group, and the Advisory Council of the Singapore CFO Institute.
He has also held directorships in several SGX-listed companies including Banyan Tree Holdings, CapitaMalls Asia, and served on the Boards of JTC Corporation, Sentosa Development Corporation and the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
Mr. Lim’s experience encompasses real estate, banking, corporate finance, capital management, strategy development and M&A/divestments. At CapitaLand Limited (2003-2014) he held various roles including Deputy Group CEO, Group Chief Investment Officer and Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He was named CFO of the Year (> S$500 million market cap.) in the BT Singapore Corporate Awards 2007. His career began at Citibank (1989 to 2003) where he held various roles in the corporate and investment bank. His last position held was Head of the Real Estate Unit, Corporate Banking. He graduated with Civil Engineering BEng. First Class Honours from Imperial College, London.
